Our one bedroom studios are spacious and modern with everything that you require to maintain your independence.
Enjoy your meals with company in the main dining room or fix a snack in your kitchenette and eat al fresco in your private outdoor area.
Your house keeping and laundry will be taken care of, however should you wish to continue to look after your personal clothing a laundry is available for use.
It is an easy stroll into Kamo Village to access all essential services and if you bring your vehicle we will allocate you a parking space.
You will need to purchase an Occupational Right Agreement (ORA) for your studio which varies in price depending on the current housing market. There are financial implications of purchasing an ORA which will be fully explained to you prior to purchase and you will need to talk to a lawyer before making a decision.
The monthly service fee for your assisted living package is $1500.
